    Account Access Questions
      My account is not active yet. Can I still use this site?
    Yes. But you will not be able to see all features and information on the site.

    Can I go to my account online anytime?
    Not always. Some claim information, copay amounts, deductible amounts, and out-of-pocket amounts may not be available from Sunday 7:00 PM to Monday 4:00 AM CST. The site may also be unavailable while updates are performed.

    Do I have to register again if my group number changes?
    No. If your number changes, you will not have to register again for a new username and password. When you sign in with your Health Safe IDTM, you can choose which account you want to see: the old group number account or the new group number account.

    How do I know if my group or number has changed?
    Compare the number on your ID card to the number that is shown on the Home page after you log in.

    If my group number changes, can I still see my old claim history?
    Yes. You can view your old claim history when you sign in with your Health Safe ID and choose the old group number account.
