Yes. But you will not be able to see all features and information on the site.

Can I go to my account online anytime?
Not always. Some claim information, copay amounts, deductible amounts, and out-of-pocket amounts may not be available from Sunday 7:00 PM to Monday 4:00 AM CST. The site may also be unavailable while updates are performed.

Do I have to register again if my group number changes?
Yes. If your number changes, you will have to register again with a new username and password.

How do I know if my group or number has changed?
Compare the number on your ID card to the number that is shown on the Home page after you log in.

If I register again, can I still see my old claim history?
Yes. You can view your old claim history if you log in with your old username and password.
